At ALLTOPARTY, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
🕒 Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return must be initiated by contacting us at info@alltoparty.com with your order number and reason.
🚫 Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Opened or used party supplies (due to hygiene and safety concerns).
- Digital products (if applicable).
🔁 Exchanges
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.
💵 Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
📦 Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item). Please use a trackable shipping service for your protection.
